You approve a written scope and a fixed price before we start. The figure we agree is the figure you pay.
Changes, repriced in writing
If the scope changes mid-project, we reprice the difference and agree it in writing before doing the extra work, rather than quietly absorbing or inflating cost.
Deposit and milestones
No full payment up front. A deposit to begin, with the balance at agreed milestones or on delivery.
Third-party costs disclosed
Domains, hosting and any subscriptions the build depends on are billed separately and disclosed during scoping, not added afterwards.

Three ways to start.
Ignite and Scale are priced as ranges because scope genuinely varies within each. Flex is scoped individually because custom builds do not fit a fixed range honestly.

FAQ
Questions we get asked
How do we know which package fits?
Ignite fits a business that does not yet have a credible brand or website. Scale fits a business that already has customers but has outgrown its current site or visibility. Flex fits anything custom: an app, a system, or work that combines several services. If you are unsure, tell us what the business does and where it stands today, and we will tell you plainly which one fits.
Can we move between packages later?
Yes. Many clients start with Ignite and move to Scale once the business has grown into needing it. Nothing about starting small locks you out of a bigger build later.
What is not included in the listed price range?
Ongoing costs outside our control, such as domain registration, hosting and any third-party subscription the build depends on, are billed separately and disclosed during scoping, not added silently afterwards.
Do you require full payment up front?
No. Projects run on a deposit to begin, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on delivery. The split is part of the written scope you approve before work starts.
What if we need something outside these packages?
That is exactly what Flex is for. Tell us what you need and we scope it individually rather than forcing it into Ignite or Scale.
Do the packages include support after launch?
Ignite includes one week of post-launch support; Scale includes one month plus small updates. Flex support terms are set per project. Ongoing maintenance beyond that is available separately.
