Business systems and automation

We build the booking systems, dashboards and internal tools that take manual work off your team’s plate. Software built around how your business actually runs, not a generic package bent to fit.

What a systems build includes

We start by mapping the manual process you already run, then build the smallest system that removes the repetitive part of it.

Who this suits

Businesses running a booking, scheduling or approval process by phone, spreadsheet or WhatsApp, where the volume has outgrown what a person can track by hand without something slipping.

This is not off-the-shelf software with your logo on it. We build to your actual rules, which costs more up front than a subscription tool but does not force your process to bend around someone else’s assumptions.

Systems we have built

Two systems built for real operational use. More of the work is on our showcase.

Questions we get asked

How is this different from buying software?

Off-the-shelf tools are cheaper but built for nobody in particular. We build for your process specifically, which matters once your process is unusual enough that a generic tool keeps fighting you.

How long does a system take?

Six to twelve weeks depending on how much of your process it touches. We scope it in phases so the first useful piece ships early.

Can it connect to tools we already use?

Often, yes, where the other tool has a way to connect to it. We tell you plainly during scoping if something cannot be integrated.

Who maintains it after launch?

We can maintain it on an ongoing basis, or hand it over with documentation if you have technical staff who will take it on.

What do you need from us to start?

A walkthrough of how the process runs today, warts included. The manual workarounds are usually the most useful part of that conversation.

Does our team need training?

Yes, and it is included. A system nobody was shown how to use ends up back on the spreadsheet within a month.
