Legal basis

We process your information because you asked us to (for example, to respond to an enquiry or prepare a proposal), to perform a contract with you, to meet legal obligations, or for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, balanced against your rights. Where consent is required, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run this website and our business, and only as far as needed:

  • Website hosting providers who store the website and its data.
  • Email delivery services that send form notifications and our replies.
  • AI providers that process chat assistant messages to generate answers, when the assistant is enabled.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public. Some providers may process data outside Nigeria; where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by the Nigeria Data Protection Act.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Chat assistant conversations are kept for no more than 90 days. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, security plugins, spam protection and regular updates to protect the website and the information it holds. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if a problem occurs.
