What happens after you reach out
01 — You tell us where things stand
You describe the business, who it serves, and what exists already (a logo, a name, nothing yet). No prior digital presence required.
02 — We scope it in writing
We turn that into a written scope: what gets built, what it costs, roughly how long it takes. You approve it before anything starts.
03 — We build to that scope
Logo and site first, in that order, since the site needs the identity to design against. You see drafts before they go live.
Questions about this stage
I have no logo or brand yet, can you still help?
Yes, that is the normal starting point at this stage. Brand identity is part of the Ignite package, built before the website so the site has something real to design around.
How long does launching take?
Four to six weeks from a signed scope for the Ignite package: brand identity, a 4-5 page site, and basic SEO. Larger scope takes longer, and we say so before you commit.
What if my business changes direction after launch?
A small site is easier to adjust than a large one for exactly this reason. Updates and additions are a normal follow-on project, not a rebuild.
