Who we are
Allennetic Ltd. is a digital agency based in Abuja, Nigeria, operating remotely across the country. This site is allennetic.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@allennetic.com.
Information you give us directly
When you submit a form on this site (contact, project enquiry, or similar), we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, phone number, and message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the project you contacted us about. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site collects some information automatically as you browse:
- Burst Statistics, a self-hosted analytics tool that counts visits and pages viewed without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you personally.
- Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure traffic, the pages visited, and general location and device information. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
- Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights, which report how the site performs in Google Search. Neither of these collects information about individual visitors.
- Google Ads conversion tracking, used to measure whether visitors who arrived through an ad went on to contact us. This also relies on cookies.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so may affect how Google Analytics and Google Ads measure your visit, but will not affect your ability to browse the site or submit a form.
How long we keep information
Enquiries submitted through our forms are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project goes ahead, for the length of our working relationship and a reasonable period after. Analytics data from Google Analytics is retained according to Google’s own retention settings, which we have not extended beyond the default.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact info@allennetic.com to make any of these requests, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the tools we use change. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
