The story

Problem first.
Then the system.

01

The challenge

A food brand with a range of yoghurts, granola, toppings and drinks needed customers to order online, and needed delivery times and opening hours to be clear before they checked out.

02

What we did

We organised the range into clear categories, added size and bundle options, put delivery information and opening hours where shoppers decide, and gave repeat customers a reason to come back through a loyalty scheme.

03

What we built

An online store with five product categories (Greek yoghurt, toppings and snacks, combo deals, granola and drinks), size options and bundles, a cart, wishlist and product comparison, customer accounts, loyalty points shown on products, a distributor page and a blog.

The shopper journey

From browsing a category to earning loyalty points.

Based on the documented project. Simplified to show how the system works.
